Each day, different elements of dance technique are explored.  We focus on fundamental elements that span across all dance styles, including breathing, proper use of the body to avoid injury, connection to the ground, opposing energies, musicality/rhythm, and the expression of joy and other emotions. We also take time to learn about the local ecology through visiting the Rose Gardens, lake and surrounding areas. We all enter the 'Writer's Room' to start the process as creators, directors and actors in a producion that we perform on the final day!
